Reiki is known as divinely guided life force energy. I like to think of it as the frequency of pure love. This incredible energy healing system has been given to us so we can use it to heal and restore ourselves to optimal health - mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. During this two day training, you will receive your Reiki I/II attunements which will open you up to the flow of reiki and allow you to channel it to yourself and others. During this class, you will be introduced to both the Western style of Reiki practice, developed by Mrs. Takata, as well as the more intuitive Japanese style. During this 2-day experience, we will combine lecture, discussion, demonstration, and practice time. Each student will practice both giving and receiving a full Reiki treatment using both the intuitive method (employing techniques such as Byosen scanning), as well as the traditional Western hand placement system. Each student will also have an opportunity to practice using the Reiki II symbols.
Since this is an online training, you will get plenty of practice with giving distance Reiki treatments and learn tools and techniques for doing so.

Primal Activation LA
Join me for this two hour workshop where we will explore the two most primal healing modalities - movement and breath. We will begin with primal, intuitive movement that will morph into ecstatic dance, then once we have opened up our bodies, we will lay down for a rhythmic somatic release breathwork practice.
This will be a high energy healing experience. This will be a return to our primal nature. Our separation from this primal nature is at the root of many of our problems today. It is time to stop intellectualizing trauma and healing and instead move, breathe, and release it from our bodies.
Joy is part of the healing path. Although a lot can be shaken loose during these practices, it is also sure to be a fun and memorable community experience.

This training includes Holy Fire® III Reiki I & Reiki II attunements, a certificate of completion, and a copy of the complete manual for Reiki I & II, “Reiki The Healing Touch” by William Rand.
During this experience, we will combine lecture, discussion, demonstration, and practice time. Each student will practice both giving and receiving a full Reiki treatment using both the intuitive method (employing techniques such as Byosen scanning), as well as the traditional Western hand placement system. Each student will also have an opportunity to practice using the Reiki II symbols.

Bringing back my signature Full Moon Breathwork offering this month. The very first virtual event I hosted for Elsa’s Offerings was a breathwork circle for the Full Moon in Libra in 2020. I am excited to celebrate the two year anniversary of the event that started it all with my amazing community.
