Breathwork

Breathwork is an active meditation technique. By employing a rhythmic three-part breath pattern, we are able to drop out of the mind and into the body where deep healing can occur. Somatic practices, such as breathwork, hold the potential for profound healing because they bypass the analytical mind, allowing you to release trauma, emotions, and energies from your body that had been previously stuck and unprocessed. Each breathwork journey is unique and different, with experiences ranging from blissful euphoria to painful (although necessary!) releases, but through each experience there are some constants. Each breathwork session allows you to get in touch with the truth of who you are, deepen your connection to spirit, and heighten your intuition.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese system of energy healing. Its name is composed of two parts, Rei and Ki. Rei means universal spiritual wisdom and Ki means life energy (similar to Prana in yogic traditions or Chi in Chinese traditions). This spiritually guided life force energy promotes relaxation and reduces stress in the body, mind, and spirit, thus creating the optimal conditions for healing. Reiki is a gentle, yet profound, healing energy which can help remove blockages and transform us on a soul level. Reiki has been used for healing of all kinds - physical, mental, and spiritual. I equate reiki to the frequency of pure love which reminds us all of the integrated whole being that we were at the time of our birth, before we forgot the truth of who we are.

Yoga Nidra

Explore the subconscious realms of your mind as I guide you on a conscious journey into sleep states. Yoga Nidra is known as the practice of Yogic Sleep or Conscious Sleep, where your body falls asleep and awareness remains. In this practice, deep healing of the subconscious mind is available to you. This practice allows you to rewrite limiting beliefs, remember the truth of who you are, and enjoy deep, restorative rest. Yoga Nidra is a soothing reset for the nervous system, a welcome reprieve from the busyness of life, and the most profound, yet gentle, way to reconnect with yourself. This practice is one of remembrance and a true homecoming. Come home to yourself again and again through this simple healing practice.

Health Coaching

True nourishment is about so much more than the food we eat. Nourishment encompasses all areas of our lives. The relationships we surround ourselves with, the thoughts we think on a daily basis, the career we pursue, the way we move our bodies, and the role of spirituality in our lives are all ways we either nourish ourselves, or don’t. It is the small, daily decisions to nourish ourselves in ways that feel good to us that create radiant health. No two people are alike, so no two people are going to have the same path or the same blueprint to achieve optimal health. This is where health coaching comes in. I am here to be your guide on your journey to health and wellness. Throughout our coaching sessions, we will explore which foods best serve your unique body, what may be blocking you from nourishing yourself optimally in every area of your life, and how to use your own intuition as your ultimate guide to a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle.

Yoga

I am certified in a wide variety of yoga and movement styles. My primary love is Yin Yoga; however, I practice and teach Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and Barre fitness, as well. Whatever your goals are, I can curate a movement practice to help you get there. We can relax and release with a juicy yin practice, flow through an invigorating vinyasa practice, or reach your fitness goals with a sweaty barre or sculpt session. We can also combine these styles to create a balanced practice and by extension, a balanced life. You can be sure that whichever style of movement you are seeking, there will be elements of pranayama (breathwork), present moment awareness, and meditation beautifully woven in to enhance the practice.
