Private Healing Sessions

The primary modalities I use in my healing sessions are breathwork, reiki, and yoga nidra. These energy healing sessions are completely tailored to you and your unique needs. No two sessions are the same, even for returning clients, as we meet these practices with different energies each time. To begin, I provide a space for you to verbally process and set intentions if you desire. If we are working together consistently, this is your opportunity to share what has shifted since we last met and how the integration of the last session is going. I will then guide you through the healing practice of your choice (or sometimes a combination of multiple modalities if that is appropriate). Once the practice is complete, you will again have time for verbal processing if you want to ask me any questions or discuss your experience, including any breakthroughs that occurred during the session. I will provide you with time and techniques to ground yourself before ending the session, so that you can transition into the rest of your day with more ease.

Private Yoga Classes

I offer private yoga classes for both individuals and small groups. These classes are available in a variety of different styles, ranging from yin yoga to yoga sculpt! We can also combine different styles into one class for a yin/yang experience or rotate between them in our sessions for a well-balanced practice. When working privately, I will sequence your classes taking into account your unique intentions for your yoga practice, as well as any injuries you may be working through. These practices are designed specifically for you and you will receive extensive feedback on alignment and technique in each of the poses. If you are interested in exploring the other limbs of yoga, I will incorporate pranayama, mantra, and meditation into these specialized practices. It is recommended to work with me consistently in order to go deeper by establishing a consistent home yoga practice that fits your specific needs and schedule.

1x1 Health Coaching Program

Lasting change is built through incremental change. By working together over a 6-month period, we will create sustainable changes to your daily habits that will support a healthier lifestyle. We will not only address the food on your plate, but everything in your life that feeds you - your relationships, career, spiritual practice, recreational interests, and more! Using a holistic approach, we will examine your relationship with how you nourish yourself in every area of your life. We will meet for 1 hour 2x a month to discuss your progress, celebrate your wins, and hold you accountable. In between our sessions, you are free to reach out to me for support and encouragement as you implement the healthier choices we discussed in our meetings. This program is different for each client and is based on your individual needs and health goals.

Group Courses + Programs

I offer a variety of signature programs and courses. These courses are facilitated virtually in order to reach a global community of people joining together to learn and heal. My courses range in topics, but always include educational opportunities and trauma-informed practices. Depending on the focus of the course, I combine educational lecture-style components, group sharing and participation, essential oils, recipes, energy healing, meditation, and movement. Virtual Moon Circles

Each month, I host two events, one for the New Moon and one for the Full Moon. These events begin with a little astrology update, which I call “Astro Elsa Style.” By no means do I claim to be a professional astrologer, but I am a student of astrology and I follow the energies of the cosmos from experiential and felt sense perspectives. I share my insights, do oracle card readings for the group, and create a safe space for our community to share, process, release, and set intentions. This time is followed by a guided practice such as a reiki infused meditation, yoga nidra, or breathwork. Gathering with the same community consistently from moon to moon and month to month is an amazing way to create accountability in your life and be supported in manifesting your intentions.

Due to COVID-19 closures at this time, I am only teaching one in-person class per week. Find me at The Mindry in Malibu for a Yoga Nidra class every Thursday evening from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.
