Bringing back my signature Full Moon Breathwork offering this month. The very first virtual event I hosted for Elsa’s Offerings was a breathwork circle for the Full Moon in Libra in 2020. I am excited to celebrate the two year anniversary of the event that started it all with my amazing community.

I will give a little astro update and energy reading for the collective. There will be time for sharing, followed by a full length breathwork practice using the 3-part rhythmic breath for healing!
